Abstract
The court is the creation of law; same also are its processes and procedures. Therefore every event of the court shall be as provided the creating law hence; anything orchestrated the court antithetical with the dictates of the creating law amounts to irregularity. This paper x-rayed the foregoing through the need for courts to abide the doctrine of judicial precedent, maintain, respect and observe the limit of its jurisdiction. It also touched on the role of the Lawyer and the Judge to keep the processes of court the sacred.
